The Best Advice Iβve Heard For Someone Who Experiences Social Anxiety
Jul 09, 2025
Hey Friends!
I've come across plenty of advice on how to manage social anxiety, but one that truly resonates with me is this: Stop worrying about what others think because everyone is too focused on their own lives
and concerns.
π It's easy to feel like all eyes are on you in social situations, but the reality is that most people are wrapped up in their own thoughts and worries. So take a deep breath and remind yourself that you are not the center of attention.
π Another helpful tip is to ask yourself, "What's the worst that could happen?" Even if you do have a panic attack, for instance, the worst-case scenario might be that those around you offer compassion and assistance. Or, more likely, no one will even notice.
ππΌ It's important to remember that you're not alone in your struggles with social anxiety. Many others experience the same feelings, and seeking support from loved ones or a therapist can make a big difference. Don't hesitate to reach out for help when you need it. π
