Are You a People Pleaser? Reminders for You!

people pleaser self confidence Jul 05, 2023

Hey Friends,

As a people pleaser, you might find yourself bending over backward to make everyone else happy. But what about your own happiness? 🤔 Here are four things you should remind yourself to maintain balance and take care of your own well-being.

Buckle up, buttercups, and let's dive in! 🌊

1. There will always be people who don't like or vibe with you, and that's okay: 🙌 Newsflash: it's impossible to please everyone! And that's totally fine. Embrace the fact that some people may not click with you, and focus on the ones who truly appreciate and cherish you for who you are. 🌟

2. Being a people pleaser does not mean you're worth less: 💖 Your value as a person isn't determined by how many people you can make happy. You are intrinsically worthy and deserving of love, kindness, and respect, no matter what.💎

3. Remind yourself that you're doing what you can to help, but you have limits on how much you can give: 🚧 It's essential to recognize and honor your boundaries. You're only human, after all! Give yourself permission to say "no" when needed, and remember that it's okay to put yourself first. 🥇

4. It's not your duty to do everything for everyone else: ⛔ You are not a superhero, and that's perfectly okay! You don't need to swoop in and save the day for everyone else. Focus on nurturing yourself and finding balance in your relationships. 🌱

Put these reminders into practice and start prioritizing your own well-being! 💪
