Here are your very important next steps so be sure to read this thoroughly so this process is smooth and efficient.
Step 1: Reply to your payment confirmation email & let me know you submitted your payment. I will add this credit to my secure portal so it shows your payment was received.
Step 2: The client portal is the most important part of this process after payment. Here you will complete the necessary documents (digitally) first and once completed schedule your 45 minute Solution Session. I will reply to your email from step 1 with your client portal information so make sure you follow up with me.
Step 3: You will receive your confirmation of appointment after you request it in the portal & the work begins!
This will also be outlined in an email you will receive directly after payment.

Booking & Refund Policy
Please note that all Solution Session purchases are final. Due to the time, preparation, and scheduling reserved specifically for you, no refunds will be issued once payment has been submitted.
Sessions must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of purchase. If a session is not booked within that timeframe, the session fee will be forfeited and will not transfer toward future services.
Clients are responsible for scheduling their appointment using the provided booking link after purchase. Rescheduling requests are permitted with at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment) will result in forfeiture of the session.
The Solution Session is a focused coaching service designed to provide education, guidance, strategy, and support. While many clients experience meaningful breakthroughs, clarity, and actionable progress, outcomes cannot be guaranteed and results may vary based on individual circumstances and follow-through.
